Pastor Reji Varghese
Pastor Reji Varghese has faithfully served in ministry since 1991. After completing eight years of Bible seminary training, he obeyed God’s call to the UK and, in 2001, began a small house fellowship in Manchester. What started in a living room grew into a thriving church and later multiplied into seven more across the North West. Today, he serves as the Lead Pastor of Lighthouse Church North.
In 2006, Pastor Reji recognised God’s call for revival and harvest. This encounter led him into a season of long fasting and prayer that continued for over 12 years, shaping his heart and ministry. In 2022, that vision took a new step with the launch of Charisma UK—a movement dedicated to equipping leaders, inspiring unity, and empowering churches for evangelism.
With more than three decades of ministry as a pastor, church planter, and conference speaker, Pastor Reji carries a deep passion for revival, discipleship, and advancing God’s Kingdom.
His heartbeat is clear: “Every Christian life is a missionary life.”
